Before you spend anything

Are the free models really free?

Yes. Models marked free cost no credits, with or without a plan.

How do credits work?

Credits come with a plan or a top-up, and each action costs what its model costs. Settings, Billing lists every charge.

Do credits expire or roll over?

Plan credits are for the month they arrive in; Max and Ultra roll up to 20% into the next month. Top-up credits expire 12 months after you buy them.

What happens when I run out?

Models marked free keep working. For the rest, top up or move to a bigger plan.

Can I get a refund?

No. Purchases are non-refundable, but a double charge becomes credits or is applied to your next month. A generation that fails returns its credits automatically.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Is the price I see what I pay?

Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Taxes are calculated at checkout by Dodo Payments, and we never see your card.
